OK, I replace iVAR by FGDI with the new calcul

Please, test it on the strategy optimizer and tell me what you think ;)

    I have already done this, but I am not sure if I have posted. Now I am at the office away from my mt so I can't post the results. But I think that sometimes iVAR is better sometimes FGDI is better. So it depends and I do not know which will be better.

    The same is with the inputs, I have compared the Ergodic, the Entropymath and pfe. They give almost the same results but in the past the pfe was somewhat performing better. Why? I do not know.
