Yes, the 8% is what I tend to get from the Encog Library.  It took some learning to get to this.    

Yes it is, I just need to create a library to create the training data.  So I would just need to know the theory of how the indicator is used in reguards to a buy and sell.

Sometimes I start a project, question it's motives, and shut it down.  In fact, I would say that most of my personal projects go that way.  Sometimes I wonder, how successful could I of been doing something else, then trying to get a jump...
